Mirror mirror tell me the truth, which fruit do I look like, apple or pear? Was this your dialogue this morning when you stood in front of your mirror? Are you happy to see your fruitzilla figure?

Have you realized that all those ugly fats have already got piled up around your waist? It is time for you to do the needful, as fast as possible.

But there are several means to crush these lard-monsters too. You can regain the flat stomach by defeating the unsightly bulges around your abdomen. Get yourself equipped with a healthy life-style and exercise schedule. See how your body reclaims the flat stomach enviably.

Slash your weight. An overweight person having 34 or more BMI can be an easy prey of various health risks. Melt down the adipose tissues (fat tissues) stacked around your belly by yoga or other holistic methods. Selective and healthy eating habits can fight with hyperglycemia, elevated cholesterol, hypertension, cancer, cardiac malfunctioning, insulin resistance syndrome etc., some of which effectively contribute to an extra-large tummy.

Meditation is also an excellent way to keep the fat-tummy at bay. By giving you a peaceful mind it helps you to fight stress related hormone called Cortisol which is one of the many culprits causing abdomen fat. Stimulate deep-rooted muscles, boost up your body metabolism and destroy fat by power yoga, aerobics, sit-ups, walking briskly or abdominal crunches. Avoid over-exercise.

Toning, strengthening and tightening of the muscles of pelvic region can be done by some specific exercises like pelvic-tilting, -twisting or -lifting. These can give you a great body with a befittingly flat stomach. Never over-exercise; this can cause serious health threats. It is always better to exercise moderately. Seek advice from a specialist doctor or a knowledgeable coach before you initiate your own fitness program.

Never go for a strict diet-plan to achieve a prompt result. It adversely affects your health whereas the lost weight comes back in no time. Take small, frequent (4-5 times a day) and balanced meals. Include plenty of fresh fruits, juices and green vegetables in your daily intake, but cut down sugar and saturated-fat.

Skipping meals is a strict No No! It wont reduce your fat-belly. Enjoy your food but dont eat just to kill time, anxiety or boredom. It will rather increase your problem. To target a good health, proper fitness, toned body and flat-stomach, the must dos are: well-balanced diet, controlled stress, and proper exercise.
