We are always being told to take more exercise. However - with the worries of recession still on people's minds, there is a great interest in taking exercise at home. Gym memberships are very expensive,and you really have to get yourself motivated to get there.

A perfect alternative is to work out at home - its much easier to find an odd 1/2 hour here and there to fit in your workout. Cross Trainers are ideal for this, and there are many benefits to be had from using one.

Most Cross Trainers are very quiet when in use. Apparently the most noise you will hear is your own gasps for breath if you try one of the intense workouts! This makes it ideal for watching TV or listening to music whilst working out. A good way to make the time go faster, if exercise is not your number one form of enjoyment !
