Advantage to the Jumper If you want to be a great athlete, you need to get into a jump higher program. Even some of the best athletes only are concerned with muscle strength. Seldom do they worry about muscle speed. Muscle speed is a key component to jumping higher. This ability will differentiate you from your opponents.

Dazzle your teammates, your coaches, and your fans with your ability to jump higher and dominate the game in all the following ways:
