Abdominal Bloating 6 Safe Solutions

Commonly used as seasoning for cooking, it is also a natural remedy for abdominal bloating and abdominal cramps. Basil contains the vitamins A and C, and is rich in calcium and iron. To use place two teaspoons of basil leaves in 100 ml of hot water, let sit for 15 minutes, filter then drink. You will have relief in no time.

Solution three, "Mint" is known for various healing powers, one of which is eliminating gas and easing the pain in your abdomen. For the mint infusion, you must put three teaspoons of mint in 150ml of hot water then boil for 10 minutes. Sip on this concoction throughout the day and you should not experience any gas or pain in the abdominal region.

Solution four "Chamomile". Better known as a drink for relaxation, Chamomile can also help minimize abdominal cramps and bloating. Drinking one cup of warm chamomile infusion before going to bed, not only will you be relaxed but free of bloating.

*Aniseed Tea. Aniseed tea also relieves bloating; however, it must be consumed immediately after it is made, otherwise it will lose its properties. Put one teaspoon of aniseed in 100 ml of hot water and allow it to infuse for one minute, then drink. Drink one cup, three times a day, an hour before meals.

The sixth solution is "Dill". Another one of the herbs that is a good remedy for indigestion and bloating. Fill an uncovered mug with hot water and place one teaspoon of dill in it, wait 20 minutes, and drink up. You will be bloat free shortly.
